This piece was a beginning. After being introduced to the idea/philosophy/debate re: Ergon and Parergon, i deliberately set about to create a work that had no specific focal point or 'object d'art' that was framed/decorated. And that was not specifically framed/decorated. It was my attempt to emphasize my understanding of the concept at that time.
